- 175KW Induction melting furnace with melting rate of 300Kg per hour.
- 25" Dia Cupola Furnace having 1.5 Metric Tons per hour melting capacity.
- Green sand preparation through contineous screening and sand mixture machines. (3 Nos.)
- Max mold box size up to 600 x 750 x 300 mm.
- We are also having Dry sand hand moulding system for low quantity orders.
- 2 Part NO-bake process for Core making.
- Well equipped Fettling shop with In-house Shot Blasting facility.
- We are having Spray painting facility with red oxide primer for corrosion resistance.
- We concentrate enough on pattern storage to protect them from external damages and also will be maintained periodically for long life performance.
- We do regular arrangement with our approved vendor for Pattern Development (VMC).
- We get all Machining work outsourced from our regular machining vendor which are fully equipped with CNC turning machines, VMC machines & other Conventional machining facilities to fulfil all your machining requirement.
